Job Summary

Drive HBX Group’s virtual card payment strategy end‑to‑end, scale general B2B payment flows, and position HBX Group as a leading travel payments partner. You’ll lead cross‑functional execution across Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to deliver compliant, scalable virtual card programs that boost revenue, working capital, and automation. You will define and deploy HBX Group’s virtual card payment strategy and roadmap to deliver annual recurring revenue, while establishing HBX Group as a leading B2B travel payment solution. Serve as the central connector across teams and partners to scale, govern, and continuously improve virtual card programs that enhance working capital, reduce debtor balances, capture rebates, and automate back‑office operations

Job Responsibilities
- Own the virtual card program: From issuer selection and commercial model to product design, implementation, and client launch.
- Define product–market fit for travel payments: Translate client/issuer/internal needs into scalable flows (onboarding, issuance, data, reconciliation, reporting).
