Analyze and present delivered value in steering committees for large IT transformation programs. Manage and maintain agile planning and project tracking tools.Define and build dashboards for monitoring large-scale technology programs. Manage budgets and track the actual return on each technology initiative. Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers with potential impact on the roadmap.
