Logistics Project Manager– Automotive

at Lumibit, you will take ownership of end-to-end part supply processes for our customers test vehicles ensuring the right components arrive at the right place at exactly the right time. You'll work at the intersection of logistics, automotive engineering, and digital process automation, coordinating supply chains across central storage, platform teams, and supplier networks.You will manage critical delivery flows, orchestrate the order process and keep provisioning on track against deadlines. Alongside our developers, you'll steadily automate manual tracking and coordination tasks turning institutional knowledge into reliable, scalable workflows. Focusing on our German customers, excellent German and English skills are essential.YOUR PROFILE Several years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain coordination, or parts provisioning (e.G., as a logistics engineer, supply planner, or process coordinator) Familiarity with SAP-based ordering systems Experience tracking and coordinating delivery processes Very good German and English skills, written and spokenUnderstanding of agile working methods and digital-first tooling Structured, reliable, and calm under deadline pressure Strong communication skills across technical, logistics, and business stakeholders Hands-on mentality: you enjoy owning a process end-to-end, not just coordinating it RESPONSIBILITIESOrchestrate Part Provisioning Flows:

Manage delivery processes for vehicle components Handle Special Provisioning Processes:

Coordinate order operations with the responsible warehouse and platform teams Monitor Delivery Against Deadlines:

Track component availability against milestones, escalate early, and proactively resolve supply gaps before they become test blockers Drive Automation Step-by-Step:
