Analyze the quality of databases (sales, consumption, forecasts) in order to improve demand forecasting accuracy in specific geographies. Manage part of the demand process within the monthly S&OP; cycle, working closely with Marketing teams across different affiliates. Participate in the development of performance indicators Key Accountabilities
- Learn about and support the understanding of different statistical models related to future customer demand forecasting.
- Play an active role in the monthly S&OP; process.
- Become familiar with historical databases related to consumption, sales, and forecasts.
- Participate in demand review meetings with different countries or regions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support teams in the implementation strategy of performance indicators.
- Work with databases and compare different forecasting models.
- Collaborate with different supply planners, gaining exposure to the specific characteristics of each business unit. Networking/Key relationships This role involves communication with key stakeholders, including: Marketing, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Service. Minimum Knowledge:
- Education: Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or Supply Chain (business or technical background) . Advanced level of English is required. Skills: Strong familiarity with analytical tools (advanced Excel skills are required).
