Description Position at LeoVegas Group About The Role Our Workplace Experience Team is now looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our high performing team. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team with the aim to provide the greatest employee experience. The role is integral and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. If you have the right experience for the job and are working well in a fast‑paced working environment with a lot of exciting initiatives and a real opportunity to make a difference, then this is your call to take the chance! This role requires you to be fluent in English & Spanish, and will be an office based role for 20 hours per week. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Greet & welcome guests as they visit the Office.
- Ensure the reception & office area is tidy & presentable.
- Book transport and accommodation for any employees, customers, suppliers & guests.
- Receive packages, deliveries & letters.
- Log any company registered post.
- Send any registered company mail & parcels.
- Manage & keep track of office supplies & ensure it is always stocked.
- Manage orders such as groceries and office supplies & ensure they are always stocked.
- Help with setting up onboarding packages.
- Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date.
- Taking care of office‑related insurances.
- Support in Budget.
- Send invoices for Finance approval by your Lead.
- Brief HR Knowledge OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Essential Skills
- A friendly, approachable, and highly organized person with a passion for people and workplace culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets & Docs.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail. NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast‑growing or tech environment.
- Knowledge of basic workplace health and safety protocols.
