Country Solution Architect (SAP Payroll – France/Spain)

We are looking for a Senior Country Solution Architect with strong SAP Payroll expertise to support and enhance payroll solutions for France and Spain.

You will work at product level, collaborating with the Country Solution Manager and internal teams to stabilize, maintain, and continuously improve payroll templates.

Scope of Work

* Design, implement, and maintain SAP Payroll country templates (France/Spain).
* Collaborate with functional experts and internal stakeholders to enhance solutions.
* Support ongoing improvements, releases, and issue resolution at product level.
* Ensure stability, performance, and compliance of payroll solutions.
* Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous optimization.

Deliverables

* Payroll solution enhancements and technical designs.
* Maintenance and support documentation.
* Testing results and release contributions.
* Continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Expertise

* Senior-level experience in SAP Payroll (technical focus) .
* Proven experience with country payroll solutions (France mandatory, Spain a plus) .
* Strong understanding of payroll architecture and integrations.
* Ability to work in product-oriented environments (no direct end-client support).
* Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset.
* Languages: English (mandatory), French (mandatory), Spanish (a plus).
