Supply Chain Delivery Buyer (Ceuta)

Role Overview To ensure the company operates smoothly by securing necessary materials and services at the best possible terms and conditions, in line with the relevant Purchasing strategy. To guarantee managing supplier relationships and market dynamics, representing the Purchasing Organization in Platform Meetings, and collaborating with the Platform Team to ensure the efficient launch of new products. To analyze requirements, scout suppliers, negotiate deals, award contracts, ensure quality standards, timely delivery, optimize costs, promote sustainability, and mitigate supply chain risks. Responsibilities
- Ensures the purchasing of goods and services: sourcing and negotiating terms and conditions for goods, materials, and services to meet the company's operational requirements while considering cost, quality, technical, and delivery targets.
- Monitors market analysis and provides cost management: analyse costs, review cost‑reduction activities, identify and negotiate opportunities to improve prices or overall total cost of ownership, and keep project costs within budget.
- Ensures compliance: adhere to company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures during supplier negotiations and contract awarding.
- Tracks performance monitoring and risk assessment: manage the performance of suppliers and procurement activities, identify potential supply‑chain risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinates quality assurance and problem resolution: work with project teams to ensure procured goods meet required quality standards, address supply problems, and resolve issues related to price, quality, delivery, or invoices.
- Selects suppliers in line with the Purchasing strategy or identifies new suppliers when necessary based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Ensures contract management: draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers (e.g., NDA, Nomination Letter, Letter of Intent, Development Agreement).
- Supervises suppliers' industrialisation phase and supports logistics to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and PPAP samples. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in purchasing.
- Proficiency with office suite.
