If not even a mouse could escape from you, this job is for you! At GMV, we’re expanding our corporate team to support IT inventory management. We´ll get to the point; we'll tell you what's not on the web. If you want to know more about us go to GMV website WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing user equipment (planning, equipment recovery, and reassignment changes).
- Monitoring inventory and software licenses.
- Handling leasing management (contracts, returns, and return audits).
- Managing purchases and renewals, as well as invoice reviews.
- Document management. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in inventory management through the use of platforms such as ServiceNow, and document management (including document review). You should also have knowledge of purchasing and equipment renewal processes within an IT environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. A good level of English is also required. Additionally, knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, as well as software license management and Compliance, will be considered a plus.
