**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

As part of our team, you will be **responsible for the preliminary design of HW solutions** and their subsequent monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:

- Translating** functional and regulatory requirements** into clear technical specifications.
- ** Generating block diagrams**.
- ** Preliminary design**of electronic cards and mechanical enclosures.
- Preselection of components.
- Participation in technical reviews and cross-functional decision-making.

You will also be responsible for **generating design documentation** and supporting managers in other areas such as validation and verification, project management, and safety, resolving questions about design, component selection, specifications, and integration.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking to hire a **systems engineer** to join our **defense systems team** with experience in areas related to** HW design and HW requirements definition**. We will value knowledge focused on **electronics**, ideally with experience in **defining systems/equipment**as a whole.

The knowledge required for this position is:

- Ability to **define embedded system architectures** from scratch.
- Experience in **electronic system design and HW requirements definition**.
- Knowledge of **PCB design and mechanical enclosures**.
- Experience with **DOORS and system modeling tools** (Enterprise Architect).

We will also value knowledge of **environmental regulations and EMI/EMC**, as well as basic knowledge of **embedded programming (C/C++)**.
