Veeva Vault Consultant (Application Integration) (Cuenca)

At ASTEK Iberia, we are currently looking for a Veeva Vault Application Integrator to join a dynamic digital innovation team in the pharmaceutical sector.

You will join a team responsible for ensuring the performance, integration, and compliance of Veeva Vault applications supporting key business functions such as R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.

???? Main responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders
- Manage incidents, service requests, and system evolutions
- Ensure system validation and compliance, especially during releases
- Maintain and enforce platform governance processes
- Perform data loading activities using Vault Loader / TMF Transfer
- Contribute to integration with enterprise systems (identity, data flows, etc.)
- Support ongoing build and deployment projects

???? Who are you?

- Proven experience with Veeva Vault applications
- Veeva Vault certification (mandatory)
- Experience working in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT security and architecture principles
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)

- Toulouse (France) or Remote from Spain.
