About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Experience (CX) Manager with a background in SAP Basis, S/4HANA and cloud environments to manage customer engagements on SAP RISE . The role requires a customer-facing professional to lead coordination across teams and ensure smooth service delivery, with experience in SAP landscape operations, migrations, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on SAP RISE engagements
- Manage ongoing customer engagement and provide guidance on SAP landscape operations and maintenance
- Coordinate across SAP teams (architecture, delivery, support) to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support customer onboarding and transition to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
- Oversee service delivery execution against scope, timelines, and milestones
- Handle customer escalations and contribute to issue resolution with relevant support teams
- Provide guidance on technical topics, including architecture and landscape-related queries
- Support release management, maintenance activities, and lifecycle planning
- Monitor account status and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive customer success Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of SAP landscape operations, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience with SAP RISE or SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is a plus
- Experience in customer-facing or service management roles
