Product Owner - Capitole (San Sebastián)

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong experience in Data , Analytics , or AI-driven products to join a highly strategic international initiative. What will you do? Drive product discovery , product vision, and roadmap definition for data-intensive initiatives. Translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and technical feasibility . Collaborate closely with Engineering , Data , and technical stakeholders. Contribute to initiatives involving advanced analytics , decision systems , and intelligent data-driven capabilities. Work in environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving priorities. Support data-informed decision-making through metrics, experimentation, and analytics. What are we looking for? +5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager . Strong experience working on Data Platforms , Analytics products , AI/ML initiatives , or highly data-driven digital products. Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing data flows , integrations , APIs , and AI-related concepts. Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute during early discovery phases . Experience managing complex stakeholder environments . Strong product mindset with strategic and business-oriented thinking. Comfortable working with data and launching queries in databases when needed. High level of autonomy and strong communication skills. English C1+ mandatory . Based in Spain (fully remote position).
