Our collections of swimwear, underwear, athleisure, clean cosmetics, and self-care products are carefully selected to reflect our core values: sustainability, wellness, beauty, and empowerment.We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Marbella, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand.Your Role & ImpactClient & Business Development- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance- Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior- Translate general objectives into daily team goals and store KPIsStore Operations- Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence- Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory- Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-storeTeam Leadership & Development- Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset- Promote a growth-oriented environment- Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspaceBrand Representation- Embody Ma Cherie's values and act as a true brand ambassador both in-store and in the local community- Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand's image, voice, and wellness philosophy- Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioningRequirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmetics- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills- Deep focus on client service excellence- Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retailWhat We Offer- Competitive salary package- The opportunity to launch and lead a Ma Chérie store from day one- Dynamic and creative workspace- Continuous training- Being part of a purpose-driven brand that celebrates empowerment and conscious livingJoin us at MA CHÉRIE and help build a wellness community that inspires confidence, care, and connection.
