PR & Communications Specialist/Manager (Ibiza)

AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a (Job Title) to join our Europe Overseas Business Development Team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations. What you will do:
- Develop and execute local PR and communication strategies for the Spain market.
- Build strong relationships with automotive, technology, business, lifestyle, and premium media. Lead PR planning and execution for product launches, media drives, press conferences, and experiential events.
- Craft compelling narratives around smart mobility, EV technology, intelligent driving, and brand innovation.
- Manage media communications, interviews, press materials, and executive messaging.
- Collaborate with HQ, social media, marketing, and agency partners to ensure integrated communications.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, cultural relevance, and industry influence.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management when needed.
- Monitor media coverage, market sentiment, and competitor communication trends.
- Contribute to the long-term establishment of the brand’s reputation and positioning in Spain. What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, or brand storytelling.
- Experience in automotive, EV, technology, consumer electronics, or startup environments preferred. Strong media network in Spain is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish media landscape and digital communication ecosystem. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
