**Job Description**: **Responsibilities**:

- Manage, develop and support preparation and performance activities for full vehicle Passive Safety tests.
- Analyse the vehicle (vehicle structure) and the dummies (biomechanical) signals registered and the state of the vehicle after the test.
- Write the test reports.
- Involvement in development projects with global automotive manufacturers.
- Communication with client throughout the development projects.
- Work alongside other technical departments.

**Qualifications**: **Profile**:

- Experience in the Automotive Industry will be an asset.
- Good communication skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Empathic, proactive, with team spirit and high level of assertiveness.
- Confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions.
- Committed, goal driven, with successful result orientation and strong service orientation.
- Open to work in a very international company with a multicultural team.

**Education**:

- Engineering degree (desirable Mechanical or Electronics).

Languages:

- A medium to high level of English is mandatory.
