- and we continue working hard toward the future. We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong technical skills
- someone who not only enjoys speaking with customers, but also understands bikes inside and out. If taking apart and rebuilding a frame feels as natural to you as riding itself, and you enjoy helping people, this is your opportunity. Your Mission
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealers regarding all technical questions related to mechanics and components
- Answer questions about assembly, maintenance, compatibility, and upgrades
- Diagnose technical issues and handle warranty claims quickly and accurately
- Work closely with the product team by providing real-world feedback to improve our bikes
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product management to deliver 360 solutions What We Offer

- Experience in customer service or technical support, ideally within the bike industry.
- Strong knowledge of bike mechanics: suspension, drivetrains, brakes, e-bikes, etc.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and in a friendly manner to our clients from northern markets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously without losing oversight
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
