**JOB OFFER**: **Sales Representative
- Real Estate MLS Seller**

Mediaelx Digital Agency continues to grow. Therefore, we want to add a new sales agent to our team to promote our MLS.

**Main Task**: Offer the Mediaelx MLS to real estate agencies in Costa Blanca and Costa Calida area.

**Essential Requirement**: Fluent and correct English language skills, as the job will primarily be conducted in English.

**Other Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills**:

- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the area.
- Familiarity with the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida regions.
- Understanding of Websites, CRM, SEO, and MLS.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Own vehicle.

**What will the job involve?**
- Prospecting new clients, including real estate agencies and construction companies, through both in-person and online/telematic visits.
- Presenting our MLS to real estate agencies in the provinces of Alicante and Murcia.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with potential clients.
- Making phone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to potential clients.
- Work area: Costa Blanca and Costa Calida, both in-person and online. It may expand to other nearby areas later.
