Internship Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaboration in the daily tasks of the Customer Service department related to Export clients

In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

Customer order management

Logistics and administrative tasks

Order portfolio tracking

Handling customer inquiries and complaints

Analysis and proposals for service improvement.

Qualifications For The Role

Education: FP Superior related to international trade and logistics.

Languages: Spanish and English

Additional knowledge: Communication skills.
