The Opportunity Manage the raw materials and product analysis strategy and control to comply with specifications established by development processes. To supervise manufacturing activities (both internal and external), ensuring that products comply with current regulations requirements and with all quality characteristics defined in inspection plan. What you’ll get to do Planification
- To coordinate the area team, participating in their selection, proposing their training and development and evaluating their performance
- To manage the respect of Good Manufacturing Practices at the Plant
- To lead the control processes of Raw Material, Product Analysis
- To manage assigned metrology
- To manage requested complaints and their corrective actions
- To supervise management of equipment and quality control methods
- To define, follow-up and implement the investment projects of the area
- To develop and propose the area budget. Budget follow-up
- To communicate and promote laboratory’s activity Execution
- To carry out the liberation / derogation / refusal of raw material and products
- To manage non conformities of raw materials and products
- To execute the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices policies of the Company
- To approve quality documents
- To implement and maintain the Skills Development Plan as the plant working system
- To define and execute the convenient corrective measures so the established internal regulations are met
- To propose, assist and organize improvement events, monitoring the proper performance of the improvement system throughout Improvement meetings and follow‑up meetings of the same
- To keep informed the Production Plant Director of any anomaly detected
- To carry out the IDS and accident investigations concerning to his/her responsibility
- To carry out the Black Belt’s functions: lead the Continuous Improvement Process. Identify improvement opportunities
- To carry out the GMP´s KU functions
- To carry out the IT KU functions
- To carry out the KU Metrology
- To perform the assigned functions, respecting and complying with the rules of Occupational Health and Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Environment and the regulations established by the Organisation Control
- To ensure the compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations applying to the Cosmetics industry
- To follow‑up and control the investments assigned to the department
- To follow‑up and control the indicators established in the Plant Production System to meet the established goals
- To ensure the execution of the action plans established in the Strategic Deployment Plan and monitor them throughout the KPI’s established in the same
- To ensure the compliance of the established policies of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices in the area
- To ensure the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the required actions for the correct development of Plant Production System
- To manage Metrology of assigned equipment
- To participate in the management of control and monitoring methods We'd love to meet you if you have We are looking for a professional with a strong scientific background and a well‑balanced combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is highly valued Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Specialist in: Research & Development, Quality
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably within the chemical, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries Technical Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of GMP and GLP standards
- Experience in process development and optimization
- Strong expertise in chemical analysis methods, including HPLC and chromatography techniques Languages
- Spanish: Fluent
- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent
- Additional languages are a plus Key Competencies
