We are seeking a professional with solid experience in the courier and transport industry who not only understands how the market operates, but also brings a strong commercial mindset to drive new partnerships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with courier and transport companies
- Propose new business lines based on strategic agreements and collaborations
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to implement new initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a courier or transport companies.
- Strong understanding of operations: courier services, transport, and supply chain
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to generate, negotiate, and close deals
- Existing network of industry contacts is a plus

Nice to Have
- Experience in business development or strategic partnerships
- Languages: Spanish, English, German
