We are looking for a **Technology Expert Operations eCommerce **to be part of our IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

**The role**

In order to complete our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, supporting Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand, we are currently looking for an eCommerce Operations Technology Expert.

In this position, you will be part of the D2C eCommerce Operations Team, acting as a technical expert, you will play a crucial role in driving the resolution of the most complex incidents encountered on our ecommerce platform built on Adobe Commerce. Your expertise and technical knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our ecommerce platform.

**What you’ll do**
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for the Ecommerce Operations Team, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on the Adobe Commerce platform.
- Act a Contact point for Adobe Technical Account Manager and collaborate with Adobe Support Team
- Take ownership of the most complex incidents encountered on the ecommerce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive their resolution within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents, identifying underlying technical issues and proposing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Help to triage the complex incidents to the correct squads, be the bridge between L2-L3 and Product Team.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting the ecommerce platform's performance, stability, and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Ecommerce Operations Team, sharing best practices and ensuring a high level of technical competency within the team.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures to maintain optimal platform performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in ecommerce technology, incorporating relevant knowledge into incident resolution and platform improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Operations Manager and other team members to develop and maintain operational documentation, including incident management processes, troubleshooting guides, and technical specifications.
- Participate in incident management meetings, providing technical insights and recommendations to drive efficient incident resolution and minimize business impact.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ecommerce platform, suggesting enhancements and optimizations based on technical expertise and industry best practices.
- Suggest enhancements to the Product Owners based on the incidents and requests received.
- Drive technical preparation for major events, such as Black Friday, ensuring platform stability and scalability. Collaborate with Infrastructure team.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Adobe Commerce Expertise is a Must, strong hands-on experience (in Omni-Channel context), including architecture, customization, extensions and integrations.
- Extensive experience with PHP 4/5, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, MySQL and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other JS frameworks
- Experience with integrating Adobe Commerce with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, ERP systems, or CRM systems, is valuable.
- Extensive experience in ecommerce operations, with a strong focus on the Adobe Commerce platform in a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully resolving complex incidents and troubleshooting technical issues on ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
