Job Description
Do you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service? We are currently looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
