VOLVER F&B; Concept Developer Estepona, Málaga – Full-Time TALENTCHEF TEAM We are currently looking for a creative, dynamic and hospitality-driven F&B; Concept Developer to join our team in Estepona . The idóneo candidate will be able to transform ideas into strong, memorable and functional gastronomic concepts, bringing together strategic thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and operational knowledge of the sector. Responsabilities
- Develop end-to-end F&B; concepts.
- Conduct market and trend research.
- Create operational manuals aligned with each client’s identity and values.
- Participate in high-level international hospitality projects. What are we looking for in our F&B; Concept Developer?
- Hospitality School background or related studies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of Apple environments: macOS, Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
- High level of English.
- A creative, detail-oriented and solution-driven profile.
- Ability to manage projects while meeting timelines and deadlines.
- Proven experience in hospitality and/or Food & Beverage.
- A versatile profile with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
