**About zentra**: zentra is the fastest growing international network of estate agents and properties. Our proprietary PropTech platform gives every agency its own branded app with their listings and access to properties locally and globally on the zentra Network. **The role**: We are looking for somebody with experience in telesales and lead generation that brings fresh ideas to the company.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting our offering over the phone as well as dealing with questions and doubts.
This is, primarily, an English speaking position but other languages are also more than welcome!
**What you'll actually do**:
- Book appointments with estate agents (B2B)
- Use initiative to research new leads and businesses online
- Contact prospects and customers to inform them about our offering and campaigns
- Arrange sales visits and product demonstrations
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales pipeline
- Keep records of calls and note useful information in our CRM
- Verbal communication is key
**Work Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/Cold Calling
**Skills**:
- Experience with Outbound Cold Calling
- Experience with B2B Sales is an advantage
- Experience with generic CRM functionality is preferable but not essential
**Job Type**: Full time and part time with commissions.
