Sales & Customer Service Nordic Languages (Fuengirola)

Energy Nordic is actively seeking a full-time Customer Service agent to join our dynamic team. If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
- Proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian to support our expanding customer base in these languages.

Tasks
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- written and verbal
- Scandinavian language.
- Eager to learn with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team in a busy environment
