Job Description Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for its full‑time graduate program in Spain – DISCOVER II 2026/2027. Starting date: 5th October 2026, end: 1st October 2027. The program aims to develop recent graduates from various disciplines in the aeronautical sector. Program Overview In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, the dedicated DISCOVER program provides a Master’s degree organized into three training blocks, designed to develop high‑demand skills, and an 11‑month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree. The internship begins in early October 2026, lasts 11 months, is full‑time (40 h/week) and includes a study grant. Internship Job Description This internship offers exposure to the current challenges and activities within the Human Resources Systems (HHRR) area. Mission of the Position Support configuration and development of internal tools, and provide innovative solutions to business needs by collaborating on the HR strategy. Ensure the design and implementation of HR standard solutions, policies, processes, and tools for internal customers, aligned with business and HR strategy. Consider potential impacts of HR legislation and regulation on daily operations. Main Activities
- Implement functional requirements as defined by the HR Reward Operations department.
- Provide technical support for new business requirements.
- Resolve incidents.
- Participate in improvement projects. Required Skills
- Degree in Computer, Human Resources, or related studies.
- Advanced level of English.
- Team player, genuinely collaborative and transparent.
