The program starts on 5 October 2026 and runs until 1 October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. Program Overview Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those who want the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to become professionals of the future. The program consists of a Master’s studies organized in three training blocks and an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree. - Business Management for In‑Service Engineering – support to final customers (MROs, aircraft operators)
- Knowledge to be acquired – Understanding and management of budget, headcount, and business deliverables
- Use of data analytics associated with business management and improvement
- In‑Service Engineering activities – resolution of customer queries, major repair projects and transformation projects
- Use of Google Workspace Required Skills

- General knowledge in business management and engineering
