Job Summary Airbus is recruiting for its Graduate Program in Spain, a full‑time internship lasting 11 months, starting 5 October 2026. The program is part of the Discover II 2026/2027 cycle, with more than 70 vacancies available. Internship Details The internship will be conducted within the Airbus Derivatives area, in the industrial management department. The student will support the conversion process of the Multi‑Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft, from offer creation to final product delivery. The role requires ensuring the assembly line meets program requirements and delivers the conversion on cost, quality, and time. Responsibilities
- Prepare and track the plan of the manufacturing process.
- Follow up key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to control the conversion process.
- Analyze relevant data to support decision‑making.
- Assist in risk and opportunity assessment.
- Participate in industrial team meetings and help with reporting tasks and routine organization.
- Contribute to ongoing projects such as enhancing the offer definition process or creating a control dashboard. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field in industrial organization or data management.
- English proficiency at level B2.
- General knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planisware).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Spotfire, etc.).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement/industrial analytics is a plus.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimisation. Benefits
