- AI Innovation: Play a key role in deploying AI within our Air Power business line. Support the implementation of exciting AI use cases, revolutionising our processes, methods, tools, and data (PMTD) domain.

- Experience with AI deployment and implementation in a business context.
- Knowledge of AI use cases specific to the aerospace industry, particularly in processes, methods, tools and data (PMTD) domains.
- Insight into large‑scale strategic projects such as 2.0.
- Understanding of how engineering initiatives are integrated and aligned with business visions.
- Hands‑on experience in developing software features for engineering tools.
- In‑depth understanding of aircraft development processes.
- Experience working in a dynamic, cross‑functional team environment. Required Skills
- Educational background: degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautics, Industrial, Telecommunications or Software Engineering.
- Aerospace knowledge: Basic understanding of aircraft development processes, industry standards and best practices.
- Problem‑solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and processes.
- English proficiency: Mastery of the English language is essential for clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, in a global and technical work environment (desired C1 level).
- Project management skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit: Positive attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
