As Engineering Change Manager in the Configuration Design Engineering team, you will oversee modifications for Airbus derivatives (A330 MRTT, A321 AEWC, A321 Patmar) and drive the configuration management strategy. You’ll develop processes and tools, prepare baselines for operations, and support certification activities. You’ll engage across Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Programs, shaping future design methodologies and DDMS implementations. Your fresh perspective and cross-program collaboration will help advance our configuration capabilities.

• Manage modifications flow for programs
• Support certification processes with authorities
• Prepare configuration reports at different stages
• Define criteria for design product structure and support its creation
• Participate as representative in Configuration meetings
• Verify compliance of design product structure with change objectives and procedures
• Contribute to defining PLM requirements related to Configuration Management and validate their implementation
• Support update of configuration procedures in Design Organization Manual
• Identify certification needs for versions in development with regards to certified items

Responsabilidades
• CM experience at least CM Certification level 1 (CM contributor)
• Experience in MRTT program in Specific Design Engineering, Airworthiness or Chief Engineering (Modifications and Design Changes)
• Knowledge of configuration tools/PLM, Sprint.NET and EPD-Connect/Optegra
• Advanced level in English and Spanish
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and improvement-driven, innovative and open-minded
