As a Software Developer in Airbus’s Flight Physics Capability Operations, you will help build On-Board Aircraft Performance tools and embedded databases for avionics. You translate end-user needs into clear specifications and work with a subcontractor team to implement and verify the software. You will support users across Airbus and Defence u0026amp; Space and manage project tasks while growing your understanding of Flight Physics. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, exposure to cutting-edge tools, and the chance to impact safe, efficient flight operations.

• Capture and translate user needs into objectives, software specs, and user stories
• Implement software modifications with support from subcontracting team
• Perform software verification testing and define robust acceptance criteria
• Provide user support and resolve issues for Airbus Commercial Aircraft and Defence u0026 Space
• Manage administrative and project tasks, including subcontracting activities
• continuously learn business processes across Flight Physics to improve the tool landscape

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical, Industrial, or Software Engineering degree as a base qualification
• Solid software development skills
• Strong Linux experience and DevOps/CI/CD familiarity (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Advanced English required for daily collaboration in a transnational team
• Experience with Python, C/C++, Java, Matlab, Simulink and Fortran is valued
• Knowledge of DO-200 (Processing Aeronautical Data) is nice to have
• General knowledge of Flight Physics, Aircraft Performance, or Airline Operations is valued
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
