Program Overview Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and ends on 1 October 2027. This exclusive Discover program, developed with Camilo José Cela University, allows participants to study a Master organised in three training blocks and to gain an 11‑month internship at Airbus, in an area related to your degree. The internship is full‑time (40 h per week) with an attractive study grant. Responsibilities
- Assist in classification and data entry of SMS safety reports.
- Utilise Excel or specialised software to create bar or Pareto charts for trend analysis of incident types.
- Participate in Hazard Identification sessions and support completion of risk matrices (probability vs severity).
- Ensure SMS records are up to date and readily available.
- Create awareness materials such as posters, newsletters and dynamic presentations on SMS topics.
- Support change‑management processes within the Production and Maintenance Organisation Approvals.
- Help update and perform post‑processing on reporting tools for Production and Maintenance Organisation Approvals.
- Support documentation control for POA.
- Demonstrate awareness of potential compliance risks and commit to act with integrity. Candidate will acquire deep knowledge of EASA/Military regulations applicable to Production and Maintenance organisations and the SMS requirements. Required Skills
- Level C English.
- General knowledge of EASA Regulations.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Team spirit and collaborative abilities.
- Ability to work in complex, international environments.
