IT Project&Product Manager

You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision.

Main responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-endCoordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments Monitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Who are you?

4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role Strong experience working in Agile environments Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CD Experience with tools such as JIRA Interest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sectorFluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
