Knowledge Management Internship - Beca de Gestión (Granada)

**The Opportunity**

This internship will bring you the opportunity to work with a global healthcare organization.

The project consists of providing support to the migration and launch of Abbott Nutrition Research & Development (ANRD) Knowledge Management platform. The platform includes multiple modules including a wiki library, document library, expert locator, training and more. The platform hosts over 1000 unique users a month.

**What You’ll Learn**

In this role supporting the Knowledge Management team, amongst other skills, you will learn:

- Migrating the website to SharePoint Modern technology.
- Developing multiple webpages for internal training in multiple formats: computer-based training, wiki pages, libraries, etc.
- Communicating webpage updates with content owners.
- Providing support to users by answering questions and generating solutions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Communications / IT Management / Computer Science / Marketing preferred.
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- English level C1 (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a integral team with English as the main language, ability to work with people in multiple countries.
- Proficient with internet and web technologies.
- Experience with web page and content development.
- Self-driven learner with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Classic, SharePoint Modern, and Power Apps would be a plus.
- Project Management Skills.

This Internship will have economic remuneration, it will require to sign a University/Business School agreement.
