- You will support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services.

- You will support the development, quality assurance and planning of product releases.

- You will design further automations of services, processes and operating models, and carry out performance analyses, tuning, error analysis and fixes.

- You will support the automation of deployments in all environments.

- You will provide a project-specific infrastructure and tool suite for integration and delivery, and administer these.

- You manage projects.

Qualifications

- Linux Administration: secure operation, analysis of logs and system states.

- Networking Knowledge: IP, routing, firewall, basic understanding of DMZ/proxy.

- Virtualization: VMware operations and basic analysis.

- Chef (Automation): applying, customizing, and deploying cookbooks.

- Application Deployment: rollouts and deployments.

- Monitoring / Alerting: proactive monitoring and alert evaluation.

- Troubleshooting: cross‑system root cause analysis.

- Change Management: performing ITIL‑ and Telekom‑compliant changes.

- Incident Management: rapid analysis and resolution of incidents.

- IVR: support in analyzing application errors.
