Responsibilities Design, deploy, and improve MongoDB-based database services in cloud environments Automate operational processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiencyWork with Kubernetes for orchestration and lifecycle management (including operators/controllers) Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments Monitor systems and ensure high availability, performance, and security Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on MongoDB-related topicsSupport complex troubleshooting and incident resolution at an advanced level Stay up to date with the latest MongoDB features and cloud-native best practices Requirements Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code) Hands-on experience with MongoDB (administration, operations, or development)Experience working in cloud environments and distributed architectures Background in development, ideally with Go or similar languages (automation, APIs, testing) Interest xiphteb in NoSQL technologies and cloud-native ecosystems Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills Good level of English for working in international teamsWhat to expect Modern cloud-native environment with a strong focus on automation International and collaborative team culture High level of ownership and real technical impact Opportunity to grow in both DevOps and distributed database technologies
