Maintenance Corrective Supervisor (Granollers)

We’re looking for a Maintenance Corrective Supervisor to join our Operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Maintenance Corrective Supervisor, you are responsible for lead the Corrective Maintenance team, Shift leaders and technicians to complete the business daily needs. **Your main focus**: Maintenance leader of PKG + MKG Management of the top 5 priorities of the plant, daily. Responsible for the people management and organization on a weekly basis. Daily / Weekly DDS of priority lines. Monthly review of 100% of packing lines performance. Weekly follow up of KPI’s. (BD, MTBF and other indicators) Machine safety owner for Granollers site. LOTO leader. Maintenance Corrective Budget follow-up Task force assistance for priority lines. The team consists of 20 technicians and 3 shift leaders, and you will work closely together with several internal departments and external teams of maintenance. All your colleagues are result oriented and proactive supporting the often-changing dynamics of the line. Working in the team, you focus on corrective maintenance support but will have the opportunity to cooperate with other maintenance and engineering departments as well. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to manage daily operative task, resolving ad-hock problems at the lines. As a/an experienced Maintenance Corrective Coordinator, you are an autonomous technical specialist of maintenance, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Technical degree in related fields. Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive) Good command of English; medium level written and spoken (mandatory). Results oriented and analytical thinking in work managment. Great communication and interpersonal skills Leadership experience and capacity to deal with the department organization.
