Job Description The Gucci Client Advisor is a key ambassador for the Maison, actively contributing to achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators. Through an exceptional sense of style, strong product sensitivity, and a genuine passion for fashion culture, the Client Advisors deliver a distinctive and memorable client experience, building long-lasting relationships while consistently embodying Gucci’s values, image, and standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Experience & Relationship :
- Deliver an outstanding, personalized and elevated client experience, before, during and after the sale, exceeding client expectations at every interaction
- Build strong and authentic relationships with clients, placing them at the center, actively listening to their needs and anticipating future desires
- Develop and nurture a solid client portfolio to ensure a proactive, loyal and growing business Styling, Product & Fashion Culture
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and strong sensitivity to materials and craftsmanship
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks, acting as a stylist and trusted fashion advisor for the client
- Express a deep passion for fashion, trends and contemporary culture, translating them into relevant and inspiring styling proposals
- Confidently connect product storytelling with client lifestyle, reinforcing emotional engagement and desirability Sales & Business Performance
- Drive individual sales performance and achieve KPI targets with a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Identify and maximize business opportunities through effective use of clienteling tools
- Contribute actively to category performance and overall store results Team & Store Contribution
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues and management, fostering a positive team spirit and collective success
- Support front and back-of-house activities when needed, contributing to smooth daily operations
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects Gucci’s image
- Act with professionalism, transparency and authenticity in all internal and external interactions PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in high-quality client service environments, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality
- Strong fashion sensibility and genuine passion for fashion culture and styling
- Natural client-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Business-driven, proactive and results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create genuine and lasting client connections
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable using digital tools and applications; quick learner with new technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize effectively
- Adaptable to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
