- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or a related field


- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish


- Result-oriented and consulting mindset

- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills

- Full time availability.

What will you do?

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various consulting profiles across multiple locations in Europe

- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define compelling job descriptions

- Source and engage with top talent using creative channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment processes

- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting efficiency

- Collaborate with international TA teams to share best practices and scale successful strategies
