Bilingual Internal Facialist Trainer – Luxury Spa & Skincare BrandLocation:Based in Barcelona – Passeig de Gràcia (Availability to travel within the USA and Mexico locations.Company:Haute Custom BeautyAbout the RoleHaute Custom Beauty is seeking a highly experienced and passionateBilingual Internal Facialist Trainerto join our luxury skincare brand and spa operations in Barcelona.This role is idóneo for a senior facialist with exceptional technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for education, luxury hospitality, and operational excellence. The position combines advanced hands-on facial work with internal training, protocol standardization, quality control, and operational support across our spa and international projects.The candidate must be fully bilingual inEnglish and Spanish, as we operate with an international clientele and multicultural teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain new and existing facialists in Haute Custom Beauty treatment methodologies, luxury hospitality standards, and protocol execution.Develop, refine, document, and standardize treatment protocols and operational procedures.Ensure consistency in treatment quality, client experience, and operational standards across all locations and team members.Conduct practical evaluations of facialists, including:Facial massage techniquesExtractionsSkin analysisClient communicationCabin cleanliness and organizationProtocol execution and timingSupport onboarding and continuous education of spa staff.Implement new products, treatment technologies, and service procedures into daily operations.Perform advanced facial treatments and protocol demonstrations for clients and VIP guests.Work across our different spa and retail locations according to operational needs.Attend clients directly as a practicing facialist during designated operational periods.Support the company during national and international pop-up events, activations, trainings, and special projects.Assist spa operations as an active facialist during high-demand periods and fully booked schedules.Travel nationally and internationally when required.Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to continuously improve treatment quality and guest experience.RequirementsMinimum RequirementsMinimum5 years of daily hands-on experience performing facialsin a professional spa, clinic, or luxury skincare environment.Previous experience training, supervising, mentoring, or leading estheticians/facialists.Fully bilingual:high-level English and Spanish are mandatory .Strong expertise in:Advanced facial massage techniquesExtractionsSkin analysisLuxury customer serviceCabin organization and hygiene standardsFacial protocol executionExcellent communication and leadership skills.Professional image and luxury hospitality mindset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain high standards while coaching teams constructively.Availability for national and international travel.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in luxury hospitality or luxury skincare brands.Additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, Japanese, French, or Italian are highly valued.Experience creating SOPs, educational manuals, or training systems.Valid driver's license.Own vehicle is considered a plus.Working HoursFull-time position:Monday to Friday11:00 AM – 3:00 PM4:00 PM – 8:00 PMFlexibility based on operational and client needs is essential for this role.Availability to work some Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year when required is mandatory.What We OfferOpportunity to work within an internationally recognized luxury skincare brand.Dynamic, international, and fast-growing work environment.Career growth opportunities within Spain, the United States, and Mexico.Competitive salary package.Participation in the development of advanced luxury facial protocols and innovation projects.Continuous exposure to cutting-edge skincare technologies and luxury wellness concepts.Potential work visa sponsorship for exceptional international candidates.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about skincare education, luxury client experience, team development, and advanced facial treatments, we would love to hear from you.Please send:CV / ResumeCover LetterLanguages spoken and proficiency levelExamples of previous training or leadership experienceJoin a company committed to innovation, luxury hospitality, operational excellence, and world-class skincare results.
