At Oxigent Technologies, we're looking for a Process Transformation & Agentic Automation Consultant to join an exciting Lab research innovation Project based in Barcelona.What will your main responsibilities be?Operational Process AnalysisWork with customer teams to observe and understand operational processesConduct interviews and workshopsMap processes using flow diagrams, BPMN, or similarIdentify pain points, manual steps, communication gaps, and inefficienciesProcess ClarificationTranslate complex operations into clear documentationProduce visual process maps understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholdersAlign stakeholders on presente vs assumed processesAutomation & Agentic Workflow DiscoveryIdentify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-assisted decisions, and agentic workflowsPropose concrete automation conceptsTranslate opportunities into structured implementation plansImplementation CollaborationWork with product, engineering, or AI teams to implement solutionsSupport pilot deployments and refine workflows based on feedbackKnowledge TransferContribute to playbooks, automation frameworks, and training materialsTrain or coach colleagues on process discovery and automationWhat will you need to succeed?Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years in operations consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, or workflow automationProven experience analyzing and documenting processes and facilitating workshopsAdvanced EnglishExperience with at least some of: Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, IFTTT, Make (Integromat), or similarWhat's in it for you?Permanent contract with Oxigent Technologies.Competitive salary based on your experience (between 40,000 and €48,000 gross per year).Working hours and flexibility: estándar 9h 18hWork model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Training budget to enhance your professional development in areas that interest you most.Private health insurance.Flexible benefits program covering health insurance, meals, transport, childcare, and training.Access to discounted gyms and sports activities across Spain.And much more!Join the Oxigent team!
