Planning & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) (Ibi)

Job Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize material and information flow across the supply chain to ensure a high level of service and smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate logistics resources, production, and procurement to ensure product availability, on‑time delivery, and cost efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock control
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the Warehouse Manager and logistics team, including workforce planning, hiring, and training
- Monitor operational performance, drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, and manage supplier relationships and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including participation in the HACCP team and support of relevant certifications Qualifications
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Well organized and able to manage tasks, time, and resources effectively
- Ability to identify problems, analyse information, and support practical solutions
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills and very good English skills Benefits
