We seek an Outbound Sales Representative for a variety of projects with globally recognized brands. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, promoting and upselling products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
* Educate customers on products and services and identify upsell opportunities
* Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
* Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
* Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
* Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
* Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
* Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
* Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
* Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
