Position Overview Outbound Sales Representatives are responsible for connecting with prospective customers, promoting and upselling products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately.
- Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams.
- Stay current with training, updates, and system changes.
- Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations. Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Conditions of Employment
- Authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Subject to program and location of the position.
- Willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

The employee will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move about the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
