We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and will have many advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Create content to post on the company’s social media channels
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Candidate Qualifications
- 1 year of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Have a wired, high‑speed internet connection (download speed of 20 Mbps or higher)
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20 + words per minute) Conditions of Employment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit to a Level II background or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

While performing its duties, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
