As the Draftman at OH37, you will be the the person who makes our dreams technical realities, you will play a crucial role in transforming 3 D designs into detailed technical drawings, ensuring precision and accuracy for production. You will handle native files, optimize elements, and maintain the highest standards of quality control. Your expertise in technical measurements, blueprint creation, and rendering optimization will be vital in bringing our creative designs to life. Immediate Availability Required This position is for a specific project with an initial duration of 2 months. We are seeking a candidate who is available to start immediately and support the team throughout the full project timeline. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Events and booth creation. Proficiency in 3 D software such as Auto CAD and Cinema 4 D. Background in Architecture, Industrial Design or Product Design. Strong technical drafting skills and experience in creating detailed technical drawings. Excellent understanding of technical measurements and blueprint creation. Experience with rendering optimization and quality control. Ability to handle complex 3 D models and technical documentation. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precision. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English is a must! Key Responsibilities: 3 D Design: Understand overall booth designs and their source files. Open and manage native C4 D files for renders and final output. Label and clean source files into final project files. Ensure accurate scaling of all objects, booths, spaces, and environments. Check and optimize textures. Update designs based on required changes. Finalize designs for production. Conduct quality control to eliminate collisions, placement issues, texture problems, and 3 D modeling errors. Technical Preparation: Prepare all objects for construction by creating necessary technical drawings. Detail measurements of the booth and its objects, ensuring accuracy. Produce technical drawings following company guidelines. Maintain modeling and placement accuracy throughout all stages of work. Generate technical plans and layouts in line with briefed requirements. Rendering and Output: Optimize renders for efficiency. Place renders in appropriate presentation templates. Ensure sizes and scales conform to company requirements. Update the technical production document with the latest technical details and sizes for reference and execution. Modeling: Create 3 D models of architectural structures, products, and other relevant objects. Apply textures and materials to 3 D models to ensure realistic or stylized appearance. Set up and adjust lighting within 3 D scenes to create the desired mood, ambiance, and visual impact. Utilize advanced rendering techniques to optimize 3 D assets for various hardware setups and ensure high-quality output. Engage in compositing tasks, combining rendered elements, adding visual effects, and fine-tuning the final output. Problem-Solving and Continuous Learning: Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize scenes for performance, and find creative solutions to challenges during the 3 D production process. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies. Apply design thinking principles to generate creative 3 D solutions and multiple concepts.
