Golang Web Developer (La Unión)

We are looking for experienced developers that are willing to solve complex technical issues while developing high quality software systems using modern technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of commercial development experience, including at least 2 years with Golang
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, or code generation tools) to enhance productivity and code quality
- Strong knowledge of REST API design and implementation
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including transactions, isolation levels, and query optimization
- Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems
- Practical knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture principles
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Ability to collaborate on architectural and security improvements
- English skills should be sufficient for taking part in conversations on the technical aspects of projects

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with PHP, Laravel
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
