Oversee all HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies Manage absences, leave, temporary disabilities and working time records Coordinate payroll variables and monthly incidences with external labor advisors Recruitment &
• Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with department heads Coordinate internship agreements and trainee programs Training &
• Development Identify training needs with managers and support the annual training plan Manage training actions, including FUNDAE processes Coordinate external providers and ensure quality of training delivery Reporting &
• HR Strategy Prepare and oversee HR reports and key indicators in coordination with the department Support the preparation and follow-up of the annual personnel budget Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, tools and policies Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or a related field 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector Advanced level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• French will be considered a plus.
