"So, whatever we do, we do it purposefully and consciously, taking in the perspective of our colleagues, customers, and passengers. “The Global HR Data Analyst at Swissport is responsible for transforming people data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with global and regional teams, and business leaders to analyze trends, optimize HR processes, and enhance data-driven people strategies. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, developing dashboards, and delivering analytics that improve operational efficiency and employee experience across multiple countries. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various integral and regional sources of data to support business and HR strategies. Lead the HR budgeting and forecasting process, including tracking actuals vs. Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports and insights to the Chief People Officer (CPO), consolidating regional and global data. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, recruitment). Build, maintain, and continuously improve complex Excel models and files for reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Define, build, and monitor global HR KPIs aligned with business and people strategy. Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR systems and reporting tools. Conduct predictive and trend analysis to anticipate challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to improve data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and system integrations. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical audiences. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with global HR strategy Support compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal data policies. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. ~3–5+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a global or matrix organization. ~ Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated ability to build and manage complex models, reports, and forecasting tools. ~ Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ~ Dayforce (preferably), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). ~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy. ~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders, including the CPO. ~ Understanding of HR processes and metrics across the employee lifecycle. ~ Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is highly desirable. ~ Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset This indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
