Overview Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Graduate scheme at Mondelēz International offers a 3‑year program with three 12‑month rotations in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Quality. The program is designed to develop operational leadership skills and expose participants to industry experts across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership. Responsibilities You will take on real responsibilities and operational leadership across the rotations, working on projects that impact business outcomes. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives, quality and food safety management, and process automation. Requirements
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent technical/engineering training.
- Computer and office software skills.
- English – intermediate‑high level (B2 minimum).
- Technical knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification valued), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, HACCP and industrial automation/control.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in food or FMCG.
- Flexibility to relocate between rotations within Spain. Recruitment Process 1. Online application. 2. Screening – review of CV and motivation letter. 3.
